text-indent: 37px;\"><span style=\"line-height: 2.5;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 仿宋,仿宋_gb2312;\"><span style=\"-ms-text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;\"><span style=\"-ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">橋梁工程中梁板一般為預(yù)應(yīng)力梁板,對梁板施加預(yù)應(yīng)力,能夠提高構(gòu)件的抗彎能力和剛度,增加構(gòu)件的耐久性。先張法空心板是對構(gòu)件進(jìn)行張拉施加預(yù)應(yīng)力再澆筑混凝土,待混凝土達(dá)到一定強(qiáng)度后,進(jìn)行放張預(yù)應(yīng)力。后張法工藝是在澆筑混凝土后,對梁板進(jìn)行張拉作業(yè)。在實(shí)際施工中,對于先張法經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)張拉預(yù)應(yīng)力,在放張后發(fā)生板端底部位置破損;對于后張法此問題是發(fā)生在預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉后。原因分析主要是因?yàn)槭┘宇A(yù)應(yīng)力后,梁板將產(chǎn)生向上的反拱,梁板兩端成為受力支點(diǎn)。梁板自重下壓,受力面積過小,導(dǎo)致端頭底部破損。</span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;
